1. Introduction

The Helixson Academy Direct Admission Partner Program is designed for individuals, professionals, education consultants, career counsellors, local representatives, and organizations that want to associate with Helixson Academy without establishing or operating a physical learning center.

Under this model, the Direct Admission Partner focuses primarily on:

Student Identification → Counselling → Admission Assistance → Student Enrollment

All major academic, technical, examination, certification, and digital learning activities remain under the direct management and control of Helixson Academy.

This model allows individuals and organizations to start their association with Helixson Academy with minimal infrastructure requirements and without the responsibility of operating a physical center.


2. Direct Admission Partner Model

The Direct Admission Partner is an authorized admission and student-enrollment partner of Helixson Academy.

The Partner may:

  • Identify prospective students.

  • Generate student enquiries.

  • Counsel students about suitable programs.

  • Explain approved course information.

  • Assist students with the registration process.

  • Support students during admission.

  • Coordinate with Helixson Academy regarding student enrollment.

  • Promote Helixson Academy programs through approved channels.

The Partner does not operate a Helixson Academy Learning Center under this model.


3. Revenue Sharing

The standard revenue-sharing model for eligible course revenue is:

5. No Physical Center Required

The Partner is generally not required to arrange:

  • Classroom

  • Computer lab

  • Teaching infrastructure

  • Physical training facility

  • Academy office

  • Examination center

The Partner may operate independently from:

  • Home

  • Office

  • Consultancy

  • Educational institution

  • Professional workspace

  • Online environment

subject to applicable Academy guidelines.


6. Online Learning

All online classes under the Direct Admission Partner model will be managed by Helixson Academy.

Helixson Academy will coordinate:

  • Online classes

  • Faculty

  • Class schedules

  • Learning resources

  • Practical sessions where applicable

  • Student academic support

  • Course delivery

The Direct Admission Partner may assist students in understanding how to access the Academy's online learning systems.


7. Teacher Management

Teachers will be managed by Helixson Academy.

The Direct Admission Partner will not normally be responsible for:

  • Recruiting teachers

  • Selecting teachers

  • Assigning teachers

  • Managing teacher schedules

  • Paying teachers

  • Evaluating teachers

Helixson Academy will appoint, assign, or approve faculty according to its academic requirements.

Teacher payments will be handled by Helixson Academy according to the applicable Teacher Teaching & Payment Policy.


8. Examination

All official examinations and assessments will remain under the scope of Helixson Academy.

This may include:

  • Online examinations

  • Assessments

  • Practical assessments

  • Internal assessments

  • Final examinations

  • Certification examinations

The Partner may guide students regarding examination procedures but does not control or modify official examination processes.


9. Results

Student results will be generated and maintained through the authorized Helixson Academy system.

The Direct Admission Partner:

  • Cannot modify official results.

  • Cannot create independent results.

  • Cannot guarantee examination marks.

  • Cannot guarantee passing.

  • Cannot issue unofficial result documents.

Official results will be controlled by Helixson Academy.


10. Certification

All official certificates will be issued by Helixson Academy through its authorized certification process.

The Direct Admission Partner cannot independently:

  • Create certificates.

  • Modify certificates.

  • Issue certificates.

  • Change certificate information.

  • Guarantee certification without completing the applicable academic requirements.

Students who successfully complete the applicable course and certification requirements will receive certification according to Helixson Academy's academic and certification policies.


11. Student Registration

Student registration should be completed through the official Helixson Academy registration system.

The Partner may assist the student with:

  1. Selecting an appropriate course.

  2. Completing the registration process.

  3. Providing required information.

  5. Completing payment through approved channels.

  6. Connecting with the Academy after enrollment.

The Partner should provide accurate information regarding:

  • Examination process

The Partner must not provide misleading or unauthorized information.


13. Admission Ownership and Attribution

A student will be considered an eligible Partner-referred student only when the student is properly registered through the approved Helixson Academy system and the Partner's referral is recorded and verified.

Helixson Academy may use:

  • Partner ID

  • Referral code

  • Partner dashboard

  • Admission records

  • Student registration records

  • Other approved tracking mechanisms

to determine the source of an admission.


14. Partner Identification

Every approved Direct Admission Partner may be assigned an official:

Partner ID

The Partner ID may be used for:

  • Student referrals

  • Admission tracking

  • Partner dashboard

  • Revenue tracking

  • Official communication

  • Partner support

Partners must use only their officially assigned Partner ID and approved promotional identity.


15. Partner Dashboard

Helixson Academy may provide a digital Partner Dashboard.

Depending on the system, the dashboard may provide information such as:

  • Admission status

  • Student enrollment status

  • Course information

  • Revenue/commission information

  • Payment status

16. Partner Commission / Revenue Settlement

Eligible Partner revenue will be calculated after verification of:

The Partner's eligible share will normally be processed according to the Academy's applicable settlement cycle.

Only verified and eligible admissions will qualify for revenue sharing.


17. Revenue Exclusions

Unless specifically approved by Helixson Academy, the 30% revenue share may not apply to:

  • GST or applicable taxes

  • Government charges

  • Examination charges

  • Certification charges

  • Registration charges

  • Third-party charges

  • Payment gateway charges

  • Refunds

Helixson Academy may define eligible revenue separately for particular programs or campaigns.


18. Student Payment

Students should preferably make payments directly through the official Helixson Academy payment channels.

The Direct Admission Partner should not collect student fees into a personal bank account unless specifically authorized in writing by Helixson Academy.

The Partner must not add unauthorized charges to the official course fee.


19. No Teacher or Center Responsibility

Under the Direct Admission Partner model, the Partner is not responsible for operating an Academy center.

The Partner is also not normally responsible for:

  • Teacher management

  • Teacher payment

  • Academic scheduling

  • Examination management

  • Result processing

  • Certificate issuance

  • Guaranteed government recognition

  • Unauthorized discounts

The Partner must not:

The physical center model will be governed by separate terms, including its applicable revenue-sharing structure.


30. Upgrade to Franchise Center

A successful Direct Admission Partner may apply for conversion or expansion into a full Helixson Academy Learning Center.

Such conversion will be subject to:

  • Academy approval

  • Infrastructure requirements

  • Commercial terms

  • Academic requirements

  • Territory considerations

  • Operational capability

  • Separate agreement

Being a Direct Admission Partner does not automatically guarantee approval for a physical center.


31. Brand Protection

The Helixson Academy name, logo, course information, academic content, certification identity, and digital systems must be used only for authorized purposes.

The Partner must not:

  • Register confusingly similar domains.

  • Create misleading websites.

  • Create fake certificates.

  • Misrepresent itself as Helixson Academy corporate management.

  • Modify official documents.

  • Use Academy branding for unrelated products or services.


32. Professional Conduct

Partners must maintain professional and ethical conduct when dealing with students, parents, institutions, and the public.

Partners are expected to represent Helixson Academy accurately and professionally.

Any serious misconduct may result in suspension or termination of the Partner relationship.


33. Compliance and Verification

Helixson Academy reserves the right to verify Partner activities, referred admissions, student records, marketing activities, and revenue claims.

Partners must cooperate with reasonable verification requirements.

Fraudulent referrals, duplicate claims, false admissions, unauthorized fee collection, or manipulation of admission records may result in cancellation of the associated revenue claim and appropriate administrative action.


34. Suspension or Termination

Helixson Academy may suspend or terminate a Partner relationship in accordance with the applicable agreement or policy in cases including:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Misleading student information

  • Unauthorized fee collection

  • Brand misuse

  • Data misuse

  • False certification claims

  • Repeated policy violations

  • Serious student complaints

  • Unauthorized marketing

  • Misrepresentation of Academy authority

  • Other serious violations

Upon termination, the Partner must stop representing itself as an authorized Helixson Academy Direct Admission Partner and discontinue use of Academy branding and systems as instructed.


35. Partner Agreement

This policy establishes the general framework for the Direct Admission Partner Program.

The final commercial and operational relationship may be governed by a separate:

Direct Admission Partner Agreement / Referral Agreement / Partner MoU

signed between the Partner and Helixson Academy.

Where applicable, the signed agreement will define specific commercial terms, territory, duration, settlement procedures, eligibility, and other conditions.
